Factory & Ordering Questions

Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We are a direct manufacturer with a 50,000 sq ft facility producing up to 30,000 sinks&niche&faucet per month.

Q2: Can I visit your factory?

A: Absolutely! We are located in Guangdong, China. Airport/train station pickup can be arranged with advance notice.

Q3: I don’t have much experience buying sinks. How do I place an order?

A: Simply send us your sink requirements or reference designs. Our sales team will guide you through model selection, customization, and order placement.

Q4: What is your lead time?

A: For standard orders, 30-35 days after deposit. For urgent or stocked items, we can arrange faster shipping.

Q5: What’s your MOQ?

A: 50 pcs per model/finish. For trial orders or stocked SKUs, we accept smaller quantities and can ship from our US warehouse.

Q6: Can you print our brand or logo on the product?

A: Yes. We support laser-engraved logos and branded packaging with authorization.

Q7: Do you offer customized sizes and sink accessories?

A: Yes. We can customize dimensions, colors, finish for all kitchen products, and even ledges, workstation accessories like grids, strainers, and cutting boards for sinks.
